When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for people to dissolve the connection to political and commercial mentalities which have endeavored to disconnect them from themselves and one another, and to assume among the powers of the Earth, the sovereign equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a rational respect to the voice of evolution requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to unification.

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all beings are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."

That to administer these rights, Networks are established among People, deriving their just powers from the co-operation of the self-governed,

That whenever any form of administration becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to abandon it, and to establish New Networks, laying foundations on sovereign principles and organizing resources in co-operative architectures solely intended for the mutually enhanced Health, Happiness, Connectivity, Freedom, Abundance, and Prosperity of All Life On Earth.

Intelligence, indeed, will dictate that Networks long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience has shown, that humanity is more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the conditions to which they are accustomed.

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to dissolve such a Network, and to provide new and relative paradigms for their present and future harmony.

Such has been the patient sufferance of most People; and such is now the necessity which calls them to officially activate their new systems of self-administration.

The history of the self-appointed World Governments, and their related industries, institutions, and commercially oriented regimes, is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over the developing collective consciousness. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to The Conscious World, which clearly outline the karmic corrections that all who have been involved in the tyranny will, as dictated by UNIVERSAL LAW, be held accountable for:

• For having attempted to hinder the Ascent of Earth and all Life aboard Her, including Humanity.

• For attempting to hinder Sovereign Networkers of all kinds from accessing Resources with which to address issues of immediate and pressing global importance, unless suspended in their operation until homogenized versions of solutions, intended to subversively sustain limiting conditions, are manufactured; and when so manufactured, they profess to have attended to them.

• For attempting to refuse the release of Network Resources and Solutions for the accommodation of large collectives of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Sovereignty in Network Administration, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

• For trying to call together regimes that are unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the innately benign demeanor of most Earth citizens, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with their measures.

• For trying to dissolve Sovereign Operations repeatedly, for opposing with courageous and fearless resolve their invasions on the rights of the people.

• For refusing for a long time, after such dissolutions, to allow others to execute true service-oriented global-minded solutions; whereby diluted network resources, incapable of total annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; compromised Networks remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of manipulation from without, and convulsions within.

• For endeavoring to prevent the people from espousing their Sovereignty; for that purpose obstructing telecommunications, sustainable energies, and naturalization; attempting to deny access to information that encourages the migration to a Unified Sovereign State, and fabricating conditions which make utilizing and appreciating birthright resources seem extremely difficult.

• For attempting to skirt the administration of Justice, by ignoring and defying the judicial powers inherent in Nature that are reflected in and effectively utilized by the self-governing collective.

• For making employees dependent on their will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

• For having erected a multitude of Offices - employing legions of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.

• For trying to deny access to information, in order to prevent the corrective alteration of corruption and manipulation beyond the natural comprehension of most sentient beings, under the guise of security and protection.

• For attempting to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.

• For attempting to combine with others to subject all to a jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution, and unacknowledged by Universal Law; giving their Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

• For Quartering large bodies of licensed criminals among us: For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders or offenses which they should commit on the Inhabitants of this planet:

• For attempting to hinder, interrupt, and grossly distort the development of co-operative, networked, direct peer-to-peer exchange systems, to instead further the ends of Corruption and Usury:

• For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:

• For depriving us in most cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:

• For uprooting us beyond all rational empirical evidence to be tried for pretended offences.

• For monopolizing communications resources and manipulating commercial mass media with the highest level of bias, establishing therein an arbitrary infrastructure, and enlarging its boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into all networks throughout the world:

• For attempting to usurp our sovereign power, completely disregard inviolable laws, and alter fundamentally the forms of our sovereign system administration:

• For attempting to manipulate our own Administrators, and declaring themselves invested with power to administrate for us in all cases whatsoever.

• For having abdicated network Protocol, by declaring insurrection to those who proclaim their rights and waging War against the will of the people.

• For plundering the seas, ravaging the lands, enforcing the pollution of the atmosphere, commanding corrupt Facist Capitalist Communist regimes on innocent sovereign beings, and completely disregarding the right to life of countless sentient creatures.

• For attempting to manipulate Armies of foreign Mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, totally unbefitting of self-appointed administrators of civilized nations.

• For having constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive by manipulation and programming to bear Arms against each other, to become the executioners of their friends and family, or to fall themselves by their own Hands.

• For having excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and persistently executing the merciless, inhuman rules of warfare that commands the undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms:

Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury.

A body of persons whose characters are thus marked by every act which may define Tyrants, is unfit to participate in the administration of any Network of free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our corrupt fellows, We have warned them time and again of attempts by their administration to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their innate justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which attempt to interrupt our connections and communications. They have been deaf to the voice of Justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which announces our Unification, and hold them, as we hold the rest of humankind, in Peace and Goodwill.

We, therefore, the Representatives for the Unified State of the World, in Networked Intelligence, Aware and Connected, appealing directly to the Supreme Judge for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of this Planet, solemnly publish and declare, That this State of Being United is, and of Right ought to be Free for all Sovereign Beings; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to Oppressive Governments, Institutions, and Regimes world-wide, and that any and all connection between them and these harmful administrative concepts, is and ought to be totally dissolved; that as Free and Independent Sovereigns, they fully empower each other to administrate Justice, conclude Peace, form Network Alliances, further Regenerative Planetary Communications, and do all other Acts and Things which Free Sovereigns may of right do.
