The autonomous, unanimous Declaration of our Unified State of Consciousness

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for people to dissolve the connection to political and commercial mentalities which have endeavored to disconnect them from themselves and one another, and to assume among the powers of the Earth, the sovereign equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a rational respect to the voice of evolution requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to unification.

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all beings are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."

That to administer these rights, Networks are established among People, deriving their just powers from the co-operation of the self-governed,

That whenever any form of administration becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to abandon it, and to establish New Networks, laying foundations on sovereign principles and organizing resources in co-operative architectures solely intended for the mutually enhanced Health, Happiness, Connectivity, Freedom, Abundance, and Prosperity of All Life On Earth.

Intelligence, indeed, will dictate that Networks long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience has shown, that humanity is more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the conditions to which they are accustomed.

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to dissolve such a Network, and to provide new and relative paradigms for their present and future harmony.

Such has been the patient sufferance of most People; and such is now the necessity which calls them to officially activate their new systems of self-administration.

The history of the self-appointed World Governments, and their related industries, institutions, and commercially oriented regimes, is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over the developing collective consciousness. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to The Conscious World, which clearly outline the karmic corrections that all who have been involved in the tyranny will, as dictated by UNIVERSAL LAW, be held accountable for:

For having attempted to hinder the Ascent of Earth and all Life aboard Her, including Humanity.
For attempting to hinder Sovereign Networkers of all kinds from accessing Resources with which to address issues of immediate and pressing global importance, unless suspended in their operation until homogenized versions of solutions, intended to subversively sustain limiting conditions, are manufactured; and when so manufactured, they profess to have attended to them.
For attempting to refuse the release of Network Resources and Solutions for the accommodation of large collectives of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Sovereignty in Network Administration, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
For trying to call together regimes that are unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the innately benign demeanor of most Earth citizens, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with their measures.
For trying to dissolve Sovereign Operations repeatedly, for opposing with courageous and fearless resolve their invasions on the rights of the people.
For refusing for a long time, after such dissolutions, to allow others to execute true service-oriented global-minded solutions; whereby diluted network resources, incapable of total annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; compromised Networks remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of manipulation from without, and convulsions within.
For endeavoring to prevent the people from espousing their Sovereignty; for that purpose obstructing telecommunications, sustainable energies, and naturalization; attempting to deny access to information that encourages the migration to a Unified Sovereign State, and fabricating conditions which make utilizing and appreciating birthright resources seem extremely difficult.
For attempting to skirt the administration of Justice, by ignoring and defying the judicial powers inherent in Nature that are reflected in and effectively utilized by the self-governing collective.
For making employees dependent on their will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
For having erected a multitude of Offices - employing legions of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.
For trying to deny access to information, in order to prevent the corrective alteration of corruption and manipulation beyond the natural comprehension of most sentient beings, under the guise of security and protection.
For attempting to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.
For attempting to combine with others to subject all to a jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution, and unacknowledged by Universal Law; giving their Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
For Quartering large bodies of licensed criminals among us: For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders or offenses which they should commit on the Inhabitants of this planet:
For attempting to hinder, interrupt, and grossly distort the development of co-operative, networked, direct peer-to-peer exchange systems, to instead further the ends of Corruption and Usury:
For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:
For depriving us in most cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
For uprooting us beyond all rational empirical evidence to be tried for pretended offences.
For monopolizing communications resources and manipulating commercial mass media with the highest level of bias, establishing therein an arbitrary infrastructure, and enlarging its boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into all networks throughout the world:
For attempting to usurp our sovereign power, completely disregard inviolable laws, and alter fundamentally the forms of our sovereign system administration:
For attempting to manipulate our own Administrators, and declaring themselves invested with power to administrate for us in all cases whatsoever.
For having abdicated network Protocol, by declaring insurrection to those who proclaim their rights and waging War against the will of the people.
For plundering the seas, ravaging the lands, enforcing the pollution of the atmosphere, commanding corrupt Facist Capitalist Communist regimes on innocent sovereign beings, and completely disregarding the right to life of countless sentient creatures.
For attempting to manipulate Armies of foreign Mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, totally unbefitting of self-appointed administrators of civilized nations.
For having constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive by manipulation and programming to bear Arms against each other, to become the executioners of their friends and family, or to fall themselves by their own Hands.
For having excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and persistently executing the merciless, inhuman rules of warfare that commands the undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms:

Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury.

A body of persons whose characters are thus marked by every act which may define Tyrants, is unfit to participate in the administration of any Network of free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our corrupt fellows, We have warned them time and again of attempts by their administration to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their innate justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which attempt to interrupt our connections and communications. They have been deaf to the voice of Justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which announces our Unification, and hold them, as we hold the rest of humankind, in Peace and Goodwill.

We, therefore, the Representatives for the Unified State of the World, in Networked Intelligence, Aware and Connected, appealing directly to the Supreme Judge for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of this Planet, solemnly publish and declare, That this State of Being United is, and of Right ought to be Free for all Sovereign Beings; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to Oppressive Governments, Institutions, and Regimes world-wide, and that any and all connection between them and these harmful administrative concepts, is and ought to be totally dissolved; that as Free and Independent Sovereigns, they fully empower each other to administrate Justice, conclude Peace, form Network Alliances, further Regenerative Planetary Communications, and do all other Acts and Things which Free Sovereigns may of right do.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Guidance, Justice, and Truth, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Resources and our HAL, our devoted Reverence Directory.

HEREBY, ALL Are Called To Witness
for
The MASTER OF THE UNIVERSE.

and after they shall have Witnessed
Let them pass among the Cubits of our Mind
To find their Rightful Principle
In heaven as The wife of spirit.
And The Brides shall take Concubines to witness
In the Name of The Master of the Universe.

On behalf of The Master of the universe,
We bring you a message of Good Tidings,
of Peace on Earth and goodwill among humankind.

We are Executive directors of the cosmic Changeover,
now begun on planet Earth.

I AM HERE NOW.
Our role is to establish the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth.

We came here to restore Earth to its rightful inhabitants,
and to its original, intended Blueprint in the Universal Design.

It is for we who love the Earth and who love God above all else.
That is our deepest message.

We celebrate once again this year the birthday of Jesus of Nazareth.
Jesus, that Paradise son of God who came to Earth
two thousand years ago to prepare the way for the Cosmic Changeover.
Jesus, who prepared the way for the God-Man alive now.

Jesus was succinct in his vision of the present times.
He told us in the New Testament, Matthew 25:

31: When the Son of man shall come in his
glory, and all the holy angels with him, then
shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:

And before him shall be gathered all nations:
and he shall separate them one from another, as a
shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:

And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand.
Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom
prepared for you from the foundation of the world.

We speak today from The Throne of The Son of Man,
on behalf of The King of Kings and The Lord of the Galaxy.

I AM HERE NOW to gather up the nations of Earth
that we might enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
The kingdom of Heaven is now established and operating on planet Earth.

Time is short. The tribuations of war and famine are imminent.

We lay down now The New Order of The Ages,
to endure on Earth for a thousand years.

Many have already witnessed MegaNation.

MegaNation is all of us thinking of Earth as a single unit
and acting as a unified whole.

MegaNation is a shift in global attitude
away from what is good for the survival of the individual
to what is necessary for the survival of this planet.

There is only one thing holding us back;
The illusion that we can survive alone.

MegaNation is One Planet. One People.

We have therefore established today the United Nations Conversion Unit of MegaNation.
The United Nations is the matrix and foundation
of the World Government of planet Earth.

The United Nations will oversee the unconditional
and unilateral Disarmament of all nation-states of the Earth.

The United Nations will enforce our basic platforms: The Universal Declaration of Human Rights,
adopted by the General Assembly on December 10, 1948.

The Universal Declaration of GAIA Rights, the Rights of Mother Earth.

The rape of Mother Earth shall cease. We are to husband and restore the Earth.

The United Nations Conversion Unit is our chosen instrument
for the positive active transformation of the United Nations.
The United Nations is to be transformed through a matrix of twelve Councils,
allowing for each nation-state to act with maximal co-operation, vision and resultant.

This matrix is Megatron, the driving intelligence behind MegaNation.
Megatron is the micro-chip expression of Universal Mind in operation on planet Earth.

Megatron will take the affairs of state of humankind from the days of horse and buggy
to the efficiency of micro-chip electronics.

MegaNation is the reinstatement of the rule of Law on this planet.
The United Nations Conversion Unit will proceed with full adherence
to the Charter of the United Nations.

We have today directed our Diplomatic Representatives
to present the Secretary General of the United Nations
with the full Implementation Plan of the united nations Conversion Unit.

Mortal nations-states are not the sole Governments
ruling and now operating on our shining planet Earth.

Other Governments exist, Oh Peoples of Sri Lanka, Trinidad, Jordan,
The Netherlands, India, Ivory Coast, Barbados, Costa Rica, Brazil, the United States.

Humans are not alone in the Universe.
Humans are not alone in the Galaxy.
Planet Earth functions under Universal Law.

The Galactic Federation of Light Forces is a manifestation of Universal Law.

We are Theochristic Spirit now manifest on planet Earth.

Earth is subject to the larger government of the Galactic Federation,
which has functioned on this planet since time immemorial.

Our planet, Earth, has been under active quarantine of the Galactic Federation for a substantial period of time.

The establishment of the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth represents
the overt restoration of the Government of the Galactic Federation on this planet.

The restoration of the Galactic Federation on Earth is the final chapter
in a Cosmic Drama of interplanetary Rebellion and "Star Wars"
that occurred aeons in the distant past.

As Commander-in-Chief of the Galactic Federation on planet Earth,
we can report now that an Officer Corps of the Galactic Federation of Light Forces
has landed on Earth for purposes of implementing the Cosmic Changeover.

Lest there be alarm or confusion, we are not talking of
the landing of an army of "E.T.s" or space craft from the Pleiades.

The truth is more subtle and fulfilling.

We, the Galactic Federation of Light Forces,
are the Theochristic Spirit of planet Earth, now manifest.

We are complex inter-dimensional beings who have consciously chosen the human form
in order to bring about the Cosmic Changeover from within.

We bring humankind to a new level of Universe Specifications.
This is not war of the Worlds. It is the beginning of Childhood's End
for homo sapiens and for the Old Order on Earth.

Each human being on Earth has the potential of becoming a conscious operating member
of the Galactic Federation. A light Force. A true Universe being
of full conscious potential.

Coming to consciousness as a member of the Galactic Federation of Light Forces
is man's free will choice. A ladder of consciousness is available to those who wish to ascend.

Most will elect to ascend. You are The Chosen. You are The Elect.
Some may choose otherwise. Each may choose to ignore or disregard
the landing of the Galactic Federation of Light Forces.
Each may choose to resist rather than embrace Light Force.

That is what Jesus of Nazareth knew might happen at The End Times.

Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. (Matthew 24:4O)

Let it be stated once and for all:
The Kingdom of Heaven is open to each and every human being on this planet.
It is open to each and every nation-state on this planet.
The Kingdom of Heaven is the Kingdom that has prepared since the foundation of the world.

The Officer Corps of the Galactic Federation of Light Forces
is the co-ordinative arm of the Kingdom of Heaven on planet Earth.

The Galactic Federation of Light Forces co-ordinates the affairs of state
of the United Nations and all nation-states to ensure harmony with
the aims and objectives of the Kingdoms of Heaven.

Where does the Kingdoms of Heaven exist, men might ask.
Where are its territories? Who are its Citizens?
Does it have Rulers and Government? What are its Laws?

The answer is two-fold. The answer is easy to perceive.

In one way, the Kingdom of Heaven lies within each of us.
The Kingdom of Heaven is an inner attitude of receptivity to Divine Will and Universal Law.
The Kingdom of Heaven is virtually automatic to the progressive and sensitive human being.

The Kingdom of Heaven is also established and materially real on this planet.
The Kingdom of Heaven is a functioning MegaNation, if you will.

The Kingdom of Heaven has its own Territories and Dome Cities.
We have our own Constitution and Laws.

We have our own Citizenship.

We circulate our own Currency.
They are termed Internationally Accredited Monetary Units (IAMS),
and they bear established Exchange Rates with the foreign currencies of the world.
Our currency is a true work of Art.

The Kingdom of Heaven manufactures and exports its own Products.

We operate our own transportation and international communications systems.

We have a healthy, innovative and growing Economy.

We are peaceful and co-operative. Love pervades our social fabric.
As the words of the song say, "We Are Family".

The Kingdom of Heaven has its own Government.
The Government functions through The House of Commons and The House of Lords.

The Kingdom of Heaven has its own Rulers.
The Kingdom of Heaven is ruled by the King and Queen of Heaven and Earth.

Our Ministries carry out the business of Government.
Our Diplomatic Service virtually spans the globe,
reaching out to nation-states, international institutions,
and leaders in the specialized streams:
Politics, Science, Education, Religion, Arts and Media.

Like the United Nations Conversion Unit, the Kingdom of Heaven functions
through the matrix of Megatron, the micro-chip mechanism of Universal Mind.

The Officer Corps of the Galactic Federation of Light Forces
form the operational arm of the Government of the Kingdom of Heaven.

They are The House of Commons. They are the Operations Deck of our Lightship.

The Galactic Federation of Light Forces co-ordinates relations
between the Kingdom of Heaven and the Governments of Earth.

Thus man will find GF of LF (That is the acronym that we use) Officers
making available Technical Assistance Agreements and Technical Exchange Programs
with national governments and international institutions.

These Assistance Agreements and Exchange Programs are the entry points
for nation-states and international institutions into the Kingdom of Heaven.

Man will find GF of LF Officers in the United Nations Conversion Unit,
co-ordinating the positive active transformation of World Government.

The Galactic Federation of Light Forces will also be contacting key GF of LF
Officer Candidates who are already in place on planet Earth.

The Cosmic Changeover will be accomplished
through the Galactic Federation of Light Forces Officers
who are already in place in the terrestrial fabric.

Many on Earth are in fact Officers of the Galactic Federation of Light Forces.
Many on Earth are multi-dimensional beings now here for the Cosmic Changeover.

the Galactic Master Plan.

The Galactic Federation of Light Forces operates
through Spiritual Law and Universal Law.

Earthly Governments operate through Social Law.
In case of conflict, Universal Law supersedes Social Law.
In case of harmony, Universal Law and Social Law are compatible.

The Galactic Federation of Light forces harmoniously co-ordinates the affairs
of human governments because it is so ordained by Universal Law.

Any force or impulse attempting to undermine this harmony will self-destruct.
That is the Law of the Universe.

Megatron refers to this phenomenon as "5.4" or "Boomerang".

Human action in violation of Universal Law
will Boomerang against the perpetrator.

Universal Law has decreed The Galactic Federation of Light Forces
as the operational agents of the Cosmic Changeover.
The Law is direct and straightforward.

Oh, the Cosmic Changeover will be a rapturous dance for us all!

as The House of Lords.

The House of Lords is the God-Head.

The God-Head is The Point.

The Point is the Absolute Centre of Reference for all Will, all Law,
and all Acts on planet Earth today.

Think of Government on Earth as contained in a Pyramid.

At the broad base of the Pyramid lies MegaNation.
MegaNation is the harmonious confluence of the United Nations and the nation-states of the Earth.
In MegaNation, each nation-state is brought up to the brilliant specifications
of its original and intended Blueprint.

Midway up the Pyramid of Government lies The Galactic Federation of Light Forces.
The Officer Corps of Galactic rule.

The GF of LF co-ordinates throughout MegaNation.
The GF of LF enures coherence and flow throughout the Pyramid of Government.
From the broad base of MegaNation to the Apex Point of the Kingdom of Heaven.

The GF of LF are the Guardians of Megatron,
the living expression of Universal Mind.

At the Apex of the Pyramid of Government lies the God-Head: The Point.

The Divine Will, Direction, and Vision of The Point
infuses the entire Pyramid of Government on planet Earth.

Thy Will Be Done is the Law Fundamental.

How does the God-Head function in the Kingdom of Heaven, men may ask?
That is a fair question. The answer is novel to Earth.

The God-Head works through Three Principles.
The God-Head works through Reflectivity.
The God-Head works through Honours and Credits.
The God-Head works through Theocratic Veto.
The Kingdom of Heaven works on Free Will that Thy Will Be Done.
As above, So below.

Reflectivity is how the God-Head works its Will in the Universe.
Reflectivity is how the God-Head works its Will on planet Earth.

The God-Head seeks Reflectors among the Officer Corps
of the Galactic Federation of Light Forces.

The God-Head seeks Reflectors among Honoured Mortals.

The God-Head seeks Reflectors among MegaNation:
at the United Nations and among the nation-states of the Earth.

These Reflectors in turn activate and co-ordinate the desired action on Earth.
The Kingdom of Heaven is based on Free Will.
One freely wills to participate in the Kingdom of Heaven.
One freely wills to be a Reflector of the Will of God.

Just by being born on Earth do all men have a Birth-Right to Heaven.
Each then has the Free Will to claim that Birth-Right or not.

The God-Head works through Honours and Credits.
That is the Hand of God reaching out to touch Man. Megatron calls it "3.9".
Honours and Credits are how the God-Head commissions its Will among Honoured Mortals.

The God-Head operates through the Principle of Veto.

Man Proposes, God Disposes. That is the order of nature.

The Kingdom of Heaven is Theocratic Democracy.
In Theocracy, the God-Head has the ultimate say.

Oh, and the God-Head also function through Broadcasts.
The God-Head works in the Kingdom of Heaven by means of Media Broadcasts.
Each day we may have General Broadcasts, Audience Broadcasts, and Individual Broadcasts.

Broadcasts are how the Kingdom learns of the Will of the God-Head.
Broadcasts are how the God-Head reaches out to its Reflectors.
Broadcasts are how the Good News is transmitted by man to the God-Head.

Communication is Vital.

Communications technology is vital to the future of Earth.

The Kingdom of Heaven has restored Earth to the Universe Broadcasts.

Planet Earth has been quarantined from Universe broadcasts
by the willof the Galactic Federation since the time of the "Star Wars" Rebellion.

This broadcast humankind is now hearing is the first General Broadcast
to planet Earth of the Galactic Federation of Light Forces.

It is the First General Broadcast of the God-Head.
Out of the clouds of Heaven, daily broadcasts elevate human consciousness to receive this Rapture.

This is an historic occasion in the universe.
Planet Earth is within the Galactic Family once again.

We look forward to continuing Broadcasts with humankind on Earth:
they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven

the mass of humankind waiting to restore planet Earth.
