A single central axis links the four worlds - the individual, the biosphere, the noosphere, and the heliosphere. The timing is built into the play. Existing global governments lack the ability to deal with the REAL ISSUES because the wrong attitude prevails. Governments put their strength in the Military Industrial Complex, which end up making MONEY and its lovers, the "Kings of the World" in the fulfilment of the diabolical promise ... "All the Kingdoms of the world will I give you if you bow down and worship Me."

Endless repeats of the same old scenario get more obvious as free communication between common people awakens the critical mass, until finally the illusion is at an end. Legend tells how the devil composed several magic manuals, known as "The Keys of Solomon" then hid them under King Solomon's throne. These spells and rituals are said to be very powerful.

"And we also put the devils in subjection under him; and among them such as were in every way skilled in building, and in diving for pearls, and others were delivered to him bound in chains." In short, the "Keys of Solomon" proclaim that the devil is king of this world and if you want to get anywhere in life you have to serve him. Spiritual wickedness in high places is the biblical reflection of this phenomena.

Then comes the hour of Divine retribution when all things hidden are revealed. The Children of The One vs. the Children of Belial. The Photon Belt is a huge web of pulsating light. It corresponds to bombarding the old fabric with "comets" or passing through the photon belt. All etheric Star Ships must pass through the belt in order to be decontaminated before a safe docking in MU. In the biblical correlation this corresponds to the "Wormwood Band."

The formative underpinning of the "Domed City" built by Humans and the Elohim at Coe Hill, emphasized discipline. "Come out of her My People, come away." It meant careful observation of our own "actor" - no watching TV, or hearing outside radio, or reading daily newspapers which were known to be loaded with dis-ease creating tolpoids of every description.

We were shown how the human mind is just like blotting paper, in that it soaks up mental suggestion, and no physical "implants" are needed. INFORMATION combines with MATTER and ENERGY in order to manifest the New Earth Era. In this rarefied atmosphere we soon saw how those who want to control this global civilization, whether it be for commercial, political, cultural, religious purposes, use fear and dis-information to maintain control.

Information overload is a prime cause of disease. Among other things it keeps the victim in the Freudian dream state and prevents lucid dreaming which is the balm of the weary soul. In reflective silence we wonder, "What purpose does the information we receive each day contribute to our well being or to anxiety? Does it help to bring FUSION or FISSION into our internal world and to the Global situation?"

Clearing the inner eye was our primary occupation for a decade of introspection. Clear vision in all matters can be seen through the ALL SEEING EYE. The Eye of Thoth changes our appendage point of consciousness, raising our mindspace from confusion to cosmic consciousness.

"Let there be Light" translates into "Let your eyes be free of moats and beams." (5.12) THE EYE has anterior and posterior chambers. The human eye can be fooled, as it was when native North Americans could not see the tall ships because these were not within the pre established matrix of the indigenous experience. UFO's have done the same in the 20th Century.

Once our "Star Mind" is free of tolpoidal dross we can access the "Cyclopean Eye." This is the all-seeing eye of pre-dynastic Egypt that sees through MEST (Matter - energy - time - and space) as if it were non-existent. This is because we are above the distraction of words and can see the STILL PICTURE (3.12)

Data overload weighs down the brain, preventing cognitive consistency of thought. 2+2=4 not when there is more to add to our knowledge bank, but when there is nothing left to take away from the sum total of the Glory of the OMNIPOTENT ONE.

The 7 Cosmic Days of Creation are born of cubical wavefield thought. ie "Thor throws his hammer - and in 7 days Thor gets his hammer back," in the boomerang effect which is circuit 5.4 on the Cosmic Cube. The Swastika symbol means the same thing.

In the "Coe Hill Star Dome" we were taught that only this clear and unbiased CYCLOPEAN EYE (which is our collective inheritance as the human race) is to be trusted once we have removed the various "moats and beams" of planted prejudice and bias, in order that our "eye be single." Only then can we dismantle the facade of an antiquated system, as Truth acts like a wrecking ball on the "Kingdom of the Lie," and we begin to see how ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR THE GOOD.

The first thing we need to do is go into a climb - we have to climb real high. We are heading for a metaphoric zone called "Easter Island."

The Messianic Phenomena is reaching fever pitch. One has to stop and wonder who (or what) puts people up to it and to what end. Fuzzy thought or "brainfog" results from refusal to go to the end of the thought to reach a crystal solution... on matters such as ecology, justice, human rights, abortion, cloning, war, the causes of poverty and so forth.

Textbook "Alchemy 101" deals with the slow cooking and stretching of the human protein brain in the Alchemists oven. We understand the metaphorics of "Gold tried in the fire" by which we move from the bondage of protean based animal intelligence to the Crystal perception of the Messianic Mind.

The internal and external stress on the animal brain is tremendous as man reaches the end of classroom of linear time and undergoes his final initiation into the Messianic Age of Crystal thinking man.

We are at that point in space and time where METAPHYSICS becomes a merging platform for normal physics. Science calls it the "Invisible Hand" - "Non Local Intelligence." We both agree active since the beginning of "time." This is where philosophy, psychology, theology and science merge into a single comprehensive, potent, and permanent solution.

Assisted by the "Elohim," our DNA helix is in an endless onward and upward spiral of evolution within the magnetic field. The twilight of the Gods is the dawn of the Magicians of Atlantis.

As we let go of egocentricity we come out of the cocoon. Modern Neophytes (the biblical Nefilim) are presently unfolding their Angelic Wings en masse. The critical mass has flipped. They feel the crystal skullcap of the all knowing "Crown of Life" on their heads as they break through the clay to gain altitude via a change of attitude at Spiral Staircase #11.

All the MESSIANIC AGE needs to bring it to full fruition is 144,000 converted carbon units who are fully conscious Knights and Warriors. That is to say people who have moved from a resistant stance into a transistor alliance with The One Light, and are prepared to say "the buck stops here!"

Modern technology lets us rewind the tape of human history (-t), back to day one of Genesis I. As I write I can literally feel the neurons in my left brainsphere hauling weight up to the crystal platform of the 13th Plane where destiny awaits. We have transferred the jewels of the Lower Kingdom to the Upper Kingdom. This 11.8/8.11 correlates with the IS-RA-EL-ITES who stole the treasures from Egypt, the land of the dead - how Exodus One describes it in the foreshadowing of this Exodus II event.

This is how we are building the interdimensional Crystal City. Only when the task on hand is complete does the karmic weight lift off the brain. Talents must be balanced in the receiving-giving cycle. Once the liquid crystal is safely deposited on the 13th plane, further consolidation is the responsibility of Council 11.11, the New Age Teachers of the ACADEMY of ATLANTIS II.

The Codex explains that Council 11.11 is the "Age of the Messianic Teachers," who have been trained to communicate in order to perform the salvation function to the Lower Kingdom. They have been hidden like needles in a haystack, as the "Bell Ringers" of the New Age.

The Elohim are here to save this Star Ship and Her Single Living System.

Potency is DOING IT. The One Mind has spent aeons laying the groundwork for manifesting Genesis II. The cosmic changeover matrix was laid out in a book called "PSIONICS" - here are some snippets to explain more of the how. This is how we made our EXODUS II to GENESIS II.

To exit we have to come clean, so to speak. EXODUS II is the time of the accounting. You will find that every step you take towards the mirror, the person on the other side will take a step towards you. This is "The Day of The Lord" in Judaism: "The Day of Cairos" in Egyptian Philosophy: "Bilan" as the World Bank might understand the game. It is where each soul stands naked before God in the Coming Forth By Day, or stepping through the mirror. It is where everyone cashes in their talent chips. Exodus II into Genesis II is game over!

CHICANERY is what robs people of confidence in the system. Information is what allows us to use our Intellectual Capital to its maximum potential. The facade of great tall marble pillars in the Courts of Law, fail to conceal that JUSTICE is more like pirate vs. pirate in a decrepit system built to serve its own elite ends.

CHICANERY is deceit; dishonesty; duplicity; falsehood; fraud; lying; betrayal; treachery; treason; artifice; craftiness; cunning; guile; subterfuge; hoax; ploy; pretence; ruse; bluff. It is AS IN HELL BELOW - so on Earth above. Chicanery is diametrically opposite to honesty, loyalty and sincerity.

Before we can use LIGHT you have to have EYES, whereupon the spectacle of duplicity is everywhere. So you don't believe in Vampires? Social vampires have sucked the people dry since time immemorial, until at the end of time that they feel so secure that they come right out up front, for in them human decency is dead. What a farce we watch, day in day out. We are a people bled dry just like the good book says - "The saints shall be bloodless...when they come marching in."

The VIOLENCE, DESOLATION and ABOMINATION ascribed to war criminals and street kids on the low end of the social totem pole, is ludicrous. Society blames the social victims and our jails are full of them. Yet nobody puts the blame squarely where it belongs on the SOCIAL PIRATES at the topmost rung of the social TOTEM POLE, who are protected by social TABOOS.

It was when I began broadcasting this message that my schools were attacked by the Canadian Security Forces and forced to close. The charge brought up in the Houses of Parliament was that of "teaching parental hatred, being a spy, and trying to steal government secrets." There were also implications that my group was involved in a bombing incident at the Montreal Train Station just prior to a papal visit.

We have to get beyond the acceptance of our own national propaganda and the name calling of other "isms." Socialism Capitalism - Communism - are names given to groups of people primarily for rabble rousing by those with opposite ideas. But this does not make one ism right and another wrong.

Every country in the world employs CHICANERY in one way or another, and has some dirty secrets for use in propaganda wars. The Government is just another player in this international scheme of things and everyone has to pay the price and live with the consequences of their decisions. This is one of my main arguments for a global GENESIS II - so that the whole world becomes public domain.

For example, in North America we boast of having "freedoms." But how much of this is empty catchwords? Governments use terms like "Infrastructure" to disguise the word "subsidy" - then they bring in so-called "expert witnesses" to justify their actions.

Big firms do billions of environmental damages. They can loose $2 billion - $5 billion - but this in no way affects the life style of the rich. They are vampires who ride on the backs of the common man. Built-in appliance obsolescence consumes natural products and leaves junk piles in its wake, under the guise of providing jobs. Sky rocketing prices keep commercial wheels rolling. It is always THE PEOPLE who pay. Car companies can make billions in profits for the rich but never have to clean up their own mess which ruins buildings and inner cities. These are portrayed as the lily-white ones, and the poor people are portrayed in shades of grey. The public purse has to take care of that too. This is why we must climb to the summit of consciousness to fix it.

As the tension level mounts on all fronts, "Vengeance is Mine" saith the Lord. The compression of the cosmic squeezeplay tightens... at least for those with a mind to see the game. Pension funds running out; increased taxes; mounting debts. In Its own unobtrusive way, God has "sin situation" covered from all angles. Believe and receive Light - POWER=WORSHIP

THE ONE chastises His Children. It is this same compression that pops us through our "wormhole" or the ANKH. The emergence comes when you are fully aware that you have been personally processed by the Living God. It is then that the sun rises on a new horizon and we step in to the Golden Dawn of Genesis II.

Once through it is like a child learning to walk and talk while keeping its balance in a whole new state of Being. GENESIS II is where our accumulated Intellectual Capital - our developed TALENTS come into play, and our Geni pops out of the bottle.

The Cosmic Changeover is both an act of climbing and carrying the weight of our specialty. WE ARE the Heavenly Host. WE have to break the law of gravity. For this we need all our engines in full operational stance. To open our "throttle" or throat chakra we pull back the JOY STICK to its maximum and prepare for take off with the Cosmic Tide.

Opening the mouth of God is how we release our divine power of global healing. "The Mouth of God" is a specific energy center in the back of the head, through which we release our spiritual energies to accelerate the healing flow of spiritual growth and enlightenment.

One attains all things through balancing their opposites. In its ultimate summit God and The Devil is one, as most of us have long agreed. It is in passing through the dark night that we attain the Golden Dawn of the COSMIC CHANGEOVER. We are impotent to bring Peace until we think STAR WARS.
