In the same way that Genesis I began as a twinkle in The Fathers' eye, so does Genesis II. Way back in pre-dynastic Egypt (and it has now been proven that a great Empire - most probably Atlantis - preceded the pyramid builders of the Nile,) the magical religion dealt with the concept of infinity and how to come back to life or RESURRECT on the day that Magicians call the "Coming Forth By Nuit" or "Coming Forth like a thief in the Night" in the biblical version. In order to complete the Magical Connection we called our "Coming Forth By Night" Galaxia; for Nuit, the Eternal Goddess of Black Light and Galaxia, are the same thing. It is a mindspace cut out of the VOID which we can fill with treasures or junk as we please. By forming a Galaxian newsgroup we have been able to speed up our harmonic convergence by sharing independent input which has many correlative points. People have come up the "Holy Mountain" by quite different paths yet have numerous points of instinctual agreement based in a common frame of reference, or beliefs.

1. There is ONE ALMIGHTY GOD which is "all in all."
2. Divinity is a cellular entity, and, great or small, we are all part of One Messianic Mind, which is always on the upward path of consciousness evolution.
3. Then suddenly, we reach the end of the one inertia system and in a flash of light we are propelled into a higher system.

I claim to have been a Citizen of the Upper Kingdom since a UFO abduction in 1973. Until recently my instruction has been to remain silent on this matter until more people arrived in this inertia system. In retrospect there seems to have been a lifelong preparation for this event. Many others feel the same thing.

The One Mind is presently in the process of self-cleansing all of its cells, grooming itself, and getting its "ELD" up, ready to emerge as "The Bridegroom" or Eros, God of Love.

That said, "IT" is not formed like a human being - more like a conceptual 12 story pyramid, with its top way up there in consciousness and Its broad base down in the Lower Kingdom. But every day more of its cells are rising higher on the pyramid.

There is a centre shaft in this formation, which we call LEVITRON. This is the platform (7.11/11.7) which will raise up this whole planet. This process is accomplished by the production of "Omnipotent Tolpoids" or "L.O.V.E. Bugs" - limitless oscillating vibrational energy which Galaxians release into the planetary envelope, noosphere or NEW SPHERE of Light.

Cyber Citadels are fashioned like old castle towers with slots in the wall for shooting love-arrows while waiting for the Cosmic Morning Sunrise (4.12/12.4) I was taught how to do this by the "Lord Thoth" on a sabbatical to the pyramids of Egypt for the secret ritual of the "Coming Forth By Night" of the Egyptian Gods, at the spring equinox of 1981.

This "Coming Forth By Night" opens the completion of the circuit which is the COMING FORTH BY DAY. The "Coming Forth By Day" is the classical Egyptian Eschatology data which is known in the west as "The Book of the Dead."

Having spent over half a century being taught and teaching how this system operates, I claim that anyone can prove the facts for themselves on any home computer. I have looked into the Face of God, and seen "that from which the heavens and the earth flee away." At this point I came to agree 100% with St. Paul ... and whether there be knowledge it shall vanish away. For ALL KNOWLEDGE vanishes away before this experience of seeing all the GOOD and all the EVIL of all MEST - (matter, energy, space and time) in a single moment of UNDERSTANDING.

Knowledge is like food fed to caterpillars in the "Enchanted Forest" of the illusion; something to be digested in our morphogenetic transformation cocoon. The more knowledge we acquire the more shewbread we are required to put on the alter to get that one "moment of the experience" or look at THE FACE OF GOD.

Though it may have countless gigabytes of cells, "Nuit" or the Black Light in the Universal void is that which holds it all together, namely L.O.V.E. - limitless oscillating vibrational energy. One glimpse tells us "Their IS only God and there is none other of any power or potency." Once we accept this tenet we have completed "the emergence" and can start to move swiftly to the completion of our Cosmic Mission.

Our Crystal Cities being built in hyperspace are expanding rapidly. Everything that expands our mindship is GOOD and the incoming people add greater degrees of complexity. We welcome all sincere Light Beings of Earth into our FUSION SHIP.

The Cosmic Nile is overflowing its banks and a floodtide of living water (light particles) cascades into the "Clay Kingdom." We ask "Who is this KING OF GLORY" and Light replies - go deep into your Cyclopean Eye, go right to your own core to find Him. He is The Lord of Hosts, The ***** Five Star General of the Cosmic Fleet, Patron of Magicians. THE SECOND COMING of THE LIGHT!

Words, drawn from the reflection of the CYCLOPEAN EYE via the "Crystal of Atlantis" now vibrate through the planetary throat chakra to provide the TOTAL SOLUTION. From a technical point of view we need to understand the whole process of mummy wrapping, which preserved the CHAKRA of the Egyptian God-Kings until they were disturbed in the 20th Century.

In this sense the PY-RA-MIDS are indeed RA's "pillars of fire" and our link between dimensions. But we need to be without bias to pass through the ANKH. This means being a Neutroni and pledging allegiance to the Planetary Ship, beyond nationalistic or cultural manipulation.

Mummification kept the "pilot light" alive within the mummy wrap, while the occupants went about engineering interdimensional systems and laying the pathway back to ATLANTIS. This Masterpiece of Cosmic Engineering (3.7) is ascribed to the Egyptian God-King Tutmosis. I believe that he used the body of Pierre Levesque, who lay in the Kings chamber sarcoughagus when we performed "The Raising of the Dead" ceremony, in the pyramid of Giza, at the Spring Equinox, The Equinox of the Gods, in 1981, when we performed the RITES OF PASSAGE for the COMING FORTH BY DAY. There were scores of prominent witnesses to this event.

At the same time, in another quadrant, RAMSES II authorized a book about his abduction and post abduction mission. Ramses mission was to build a machine which would produce free clean energy direct from Gaia's magnetic field for use in Genesis II.

After the abduction of 1973, I condensed the material into three books - "I AM, THE BOOK OF LIFE" - "UNIVERSAL LAW AND UFOLOGY" and "NEW EARTH" each of which reflects the infrastructure of the Cosmic Cube. For having re-entered Eternity, I realized that as an ETERNAL I have made this trip before, always coming back for more and more people, always figuring out ways to work smarter not harder.

The ACADEMY OF ATLANTIS has severe disciplines and the neophyte gets away with nothing. In retrospect one is grateful.

All returning Eternals, undergo "Rites of Passage" to move from adolescence to maturate as Warrior Kings. We observed the COMING FORTH BY DAY in an exact moment in the Kings Chamber of the Pyramid, where we received the next shaft of the CYCLOPEAN EYE. Our assembly realized the importance of its mission. In return for this service was higher Cosmic Information which would make us give us real wealth in a higher dimension, such as how to read the holograph which flickered on the cave wall.

Thoth, and Horus were the children of Isis and Osiris. Their cosmic function represents ICE and FIRE (2.10/10.2) on the Cosmic Cube. They are the principle of the UNIVERSAL BONDING, which takes all mankind back into the UNIFIED FIELD at E=mc3.

Genesis I, was designed to raise animal man to full Cosmic Consciousness. This upward spiral of Infinity goes on forever. Genesis II is our next 7.11 ascension platform. There is a body of basic Metaphysical Literature called "Hermetica" which deals with philosophical, theological, and occult subjects attributed to Hermes Trismegistos ("thrice-great Hermes"). Hermes is the Greek name for THOTH, the patron of the literary arts and originator of all mystical wisdom.

Winifred's role was to build his re-birth infrastructure. Her mind was used as a pipeline between kingdoms. To this end, The Chronicles of Galaxia and the Oracles of Thoth are intertwined.

Earth's planetary graduation from human adolescence to spiritual maturity, is well underway. Sovereign Identities are arriving to establish the parameters of our Timeship Fusion Capsule. Incarnate Neophytes emerge after satisfying the requirements of the 42 Assessors of the Dead.

Passage rites and their symbology of Passage Rites is valid across all dimensions. The Eternals speak the LANGUAGE OF INFINITY, which is the acting out of the Cosmic Pantomime of Ascension. During the UFO abduction, the ritual of my receiving the "Seed of Thoth" in my Earth-womb was marked with elaborate symbolism, almost none of which I understood at the time of the ceremony.

I was "given away" - that is to say led to the altar by a slim built, blue-black man in a magnificent red and golden robe. There were some 200 + people in the assembly hall at the time. The physical person who housed this "Black God" (?Osiris) was from Zimbabwe, was Willi Ofusu, whose normal "Theatre of Operations" was in Hare University.

It was quite normal to look see a very old African Magician in Willi's auric field. It was from this "Black Magi" that the karmic credits would be returned when the time of testing was completed. But first, as the author of the article "Death explained" we come to understand that everyone, BUT EVERYONE, has fallen and come short of the Glory of THE ONE.

There were about 176 people in our first "Bubble City" which was established up at Coe Hill (Christ on Earth Hill) near Bancroft, Ontario. Interdimensional traffic on this base was a normal daily occurrence. Many Ascended Masters came visiting HEAVEN'S GATE ESTATES to teach us how to undergo formal initiation rites, which are the Passage Rites between dimensions.

It is fair to say that life in the first "Domed City" on Planet Earth, was largely given over to sacred ceremonies designed to get the LIKE-DISLIKE EGO out of the drivers seat of the Mind and re-establish the Universal Principles of Right/Wrong. For it was well known that the SINS OF OMISSION, specifically the Sin of Silence which had killed the first Atlantis, will not be repeated. We must all speak up about everything we know.

Once our Mind-Ship passed through the Ankh, the Pierre Teilhard de Chardin prophecy came into effect and dimensions bonded. Passage rites are the rituals or ceremonies observed to mark the passing of a person (or group) from one stage or station in life to the next: birth, infancy, childhood, adulthood, old age, death.. which in the Egyptian Thesis is called THE COMING FORTH BY DAY

The crucial transition points of birth, puberty, and death are universal life crises which evoke anxiety. This elicits passage rites, (a term coined by Arnold van Gennep in 1909.) Other life are transitions, marriage, graduations and entrance into fraternities, occupations, and political office.

Van Gennep held that passage rituals have three steps: separation from society; inculcation-transformation; and return to society in the new status. This is 100% exactly what happened to the group of people designated as the 13th TRIBE OF LEVI. Here, some 144 adults were taken from the outer world, into the Inner Kingdom. There were 176 of us in all, but the rest were children who were not aware of what was happening.

Our abduction and the following ritual served to dramatize our encounter with new responsibilities, opportunities, dangers. I was familiar with the Egyptian "Rites of Passage" ceremonies, but nothing in past experience even hinted at the awesomeness of an encounter with the LIVING GOD, and this type of initiation.

"Naked came ye into this world and naked shall ye leave it..." It was quite a readjustment to go almost overnight from the status of President of a chain of Mystery Schools in many parts of the world, with $millions of property values, Mercedes Benz with chauffeur etc., to hiding out in the bush being chased by the police who wanted to question me about a train station bombing in which 5 French tourists died. This was part of my initiation experience.

This is the card of the "hanged man" in the Tarot. There is no way out of these dilemma's but straight on through to the other side. It is rather like walking on a tightrope over Niagara Falls. To alleviate disruption in the equilibrium of the community, The Elohim set up and affirmed communities with solidarity and the sacredness of common values. Such was the passage rites of the 13th Tribe

The "Establishment" and the critical mass do not like disruption. Small communities of bright and willing people were spirited away and hidden like needles in the electromagnetic haystack. In this sense THOTH is the BIG BAR MAGNET in the haystack, and his Utterance is Kinetic - Magnetic.

For I tell you truly, EARTH is giving BIRTH to a COSMIC CHILD, a cellular creature in the image of its parent, after 6 Days of Labour. This marks a major status change for the Mother, the Father, and the Initiate. This same thing that happened to us is now happening in Cyberspace. We have been separated from the mass to inhabit what seems to be a different world. PLANET X.
